A 380-square-meter guesthouse consisting of 4 apartments, a reception area, a breakfast room, and ample parking on a 3, 000-square-meter lot within a residential area, with the potential to build an additional 400 square meters.

The guesthouse:

The building was restored using natural stones sourced entirely from the local area (hard and soft poros stone). These stones have been used on all surfaces of the guesthouse, both visible and hidden, including even the pool edges!

Thiraic soil (volcanic material) was used both then and now for grouting and plastering, replacing cement and thus creating an eco-friendly home that is warm in winter and cool in summer.


Built with an abundance of traditional local stone, the guesthouse serves as a welcoming retreat for visitors and travelers, both during the cold winter months and on the bright, warm days of summer.


The mansion’s old, atmospheric cellar—with its wine press and illuminated cistern—now serves as the guesthouse’s living room and the space where breakfast is served.

All rooms are air-conditioned using eco-friendly Funcoil units, feature a fireplace, and offer mountain views.


Accommodation capacity: 15 guests.


Our 100-square-meter swimming pool, 1.60 meters deep, and the 40-p.b. children’s pool, both made of concrete with an overflow system, are equipped with a salt electrolysis system.
